After training as a bikini competitor in bodybuilding for over 10 years, I've learned a thing or two about approaching nutrition & fitness. Whether stepping on stage or into an old pair of jeans, achieving your desired physique MUST be a sustainable approach. Depriving yourself doesn't work.  And I can also tell you from personal experience - endless amounts of cardio doesn't work either. Trust me!
